Let’s face it most of us do not eat correctly.  Even worse, some of us do not even cook at home spending most of our time, and money, eating out–which, of course, does not properly nourish us.  The Church Health Center to the rescue.  They have provided 200 recipes covering Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.  These recipes are mostly easy to prepare and are nutritionally balanced and allow for plenty of variety over the course of 40 days.  Not only is this a cookbook that you will use over and over it is also a wonderful gift to give to family and friends so that they can have a cookbook to use over and over.
