Teresa Burrell in her new book, “advocates geocache book coverThe Advocate’s Geocache” Book Seven in the Advocate series published by Silent Thunder Publishing gives us another case for Attorney Sabre Brown.

From the back cover:  Attorney Sabre Brown is having a great time geocaching, the Internet’s version of a treasure hunt. The fun ceases when she “caches” a container with an official death certificate citing “Murder by Poison” as the cause of death. Even more disturbing is that the date of death is ten days in the future.

Sabre is forced to search cache after cache, each revealing more clues, until they take an unexpected twist and shockingly point to one of her court cases. Is the murderer a rejected child, a well-known plastic surgeon, a scorned ex, a crooked lab technician, or a politician in line for the highest office in the land? Or is someone playing Sabre in an ugly geocache of life and death?

Let me start out by saying that the previous six books in this series have been very exciting however this book is, by far, Ms. Burrell’s best offering so far. There is murder, paternity issues, Child Custody and Geocaching. Geocaching is the 21st Century equivalent of the old Treasure Hunt. “The Advocate’s Geocache” is one tough case.  Sabre Brown and J.P. found the first geocache with the official death certificate dated ten days in advance. Then the race is on. The case requires J.P. to go to Nashville, the team get involved with a rich and powerful family and there is murder. All this while Sabre is working on a custody hearing and getting involved with paternity issues. Ms. Burrell has given us a story that is rich with sub-plot and mystery that will keep you guessing as you flip the pages as fast as you can read them.  Sabre, J.P., her brother, Ron and, of course, Bob, are some of the finest characters that you ever want to hang out with. Plus there is a whole host of other characters that you will love and some that you will really hate. “The Advocate’s Geocache” is very exciting and great fun to read.
