You ever feel stressed?  I don’t know about you but I have to say that I have been and can be stressed, sometimes very easily.  “Holiday Stress Management” was written to help alleviate this stress in our lives.  The holidays can be very stressful.  They generally demand party attendance, buying and wrapping gifts, sometimes with money that we do not have.  There’s the seemingly perpetual cooking and baking and the cleaning.  For some of us there is even family reunions.  Ms. Josaphe gives us lots of ideas of how we can reduce stress around these times and actually enjoy these holidays.  This is a wonderful resource.
